Ving Rhames's dogs cleared by coroner
Dogs Did Not Kill CaretakerLos Angeles, CA - After a five-month investigation, the LA Coroner Department concluded that the actor's caretaker died of a preexisting heart problem, not from dog bites he suffered during the August incident at the actor's home.
The caretaker, Jacob Adams, 40, was found dead on the front lawn of the actor's Brentwood home on Aug. 3. Rhames was away filming a movie at the time. Initially it appeared that the actor's four dogs - three mastiffs and one bulldog had bitten Adams to death.
