I don't understand this...They're suppose to be such a loyal breed!

At least it's the owners getting what they deserve.

Pit bull owners will blame the owner because everyone knows you don't try to break up a dog fight. It's always the owner, never the dogs. They will never address why the pit bulls were fighting in the first place.

This pit owner is lucky not to have lost an arm. I've lost track of the number of limbs lost to pit bulls recently. It would be nice to get a count, particularly of pit bull owners who've lost fingers, hands, arms.

Any pit bull owner who has lost an extremity, raise your stub.

It's beneficial when these dangerous dogs "out themselves" on the adult owner rather than a kid or unlucky neighborhood dog.

Backyard breeders are responsible for taking this breed to such a dangerous and unpreditable level. Unfortunately, these dogs have been bred over the years to have these dangerous characteristics and people who want to believe that "it is all in how you raise the dog and train them" are sadly minsinformed. Dogs like people all have their own personality and background but these dogs are genetically predisposed to attack and fight to the death. Their personal pain tolerance is so heightened that they are able to withstand and block out any outside resistance. People have ruined this breed by enbedding such dangerous traits in them. Once this characteristic is in the dog and it is triggered there is nothing that can be done to change it and the dog will continue to revert back to its "instincts" which in pitbulls is to fight to kill. Once a pitbull attacks any human being for whatever reason there is no option other than having the dog destroyed. This breed should be illegal because "backyard breeders" have made them so dangerous!
