NYC Housing Authorities Ban Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Dobermans

Vicious and Threatening New York, NY - On the heels of the U.S. Army (a federal institution) banning dangerous dog breeds from all U.S. base housing facilities, the New York City Housing Authority (a city, state and federally funded institution) followed suit. Henry Piotrowsky, 90-years old, died after being brutally mauled by two pit bulls. Andrew Stein, 8 months old, was attacked and killed by his family's doberman. Infant Killed by Family Dog An 8-month old baby in Brooklyn was mauled to death by his family's dog while playing on the floor.
