Staten Island, NY - On October 25, multiple news groups in New York City reported that a woman was likely killed by two dogs in the basement of her Simonson Avenue home in Mariners Harbor. New York, NY - On the heels of the U.S. Army (a federal institution) banning dangerous dog breeds from all U.S. base housing facilities, the New York City Housing Authority (a city, state and federally funded institution) followed suit.
