(03/14/09) Fulton County makes it illegal to chain dogs
Fulton joined Cobb, DeKalb, Gwinnett and other counties when it recently passed legislation making it illegal to put a dog on a “chain, rope, leash, tie out, or wire designed to restrain an animal,” according to the resolution.
