Teen Attacked by Family Pit Bull

Teen Hospitalized; Condition Serious
Lawrenceville, PA - In a developing story, police are investigating a pit bull attack that reportedly left a teenager seriously injured. The victim, who was not identified, was attacked by his own family's dog at their home. Family members took the victim to West Penn Hospital, Bloomfield, and police were notified upon his being transferred to Allegheny General Hospital, North Side, where he was admitted.

Police are working to determine the circumstances of the attack.
