I noticed the Pit nutters changed their hollow mantra slightly:

"Ban the Deed, not the breed"

used to be :

"Punish the deed(with a small fine), not the breed".

"I think it's going to waste time and waste money...," says Jim Suttle.

Dear Councilman Suttle,

Please explain to me just how much paperwork is allowable to save another child's scalp. I'm sure every parent out there would love to hear your explanation on this, as well as every other dog owner on the city. Thank you.

Omaha should really consider the micro-chip idea. That's one of the big problems around the country identifying the dog. The liability insurance is huge for victims. What happens if they find pits with no liability insurance running around?
