Pit Bull Breaks Through New Kennel Twice to Repeatedly Attack Shelter Worker at Lenoir County SPCA in North Carolina

Quarla Blackwell filmed part of the attack that occurred at Lenoir County SPCA. Repeated Attack Kinston, NC - On November 16, a pit bull-mix being housed by Lenoir County SPCA at 2455 Rouse Road Exd broke out of a new kennel and attacked Dillon Grant, a shelter worker.
