Mutts Questions the Belief that All Chained Dogs are Killers

Mutts the comic strip continues to offer compelling insight into the "dangerous dog" world. A recent comic strip questions the truth behind the clamoring chorus that says, "All chained dogs are psychopathic killers!" The fact is, there are plenty of chained dogs that do not rip off faces, arms and legs of children. Chaining a pit bull does not excuse this breed's horrific conduct.

There is an entire "Excuse Industry" within the Pit Bull community which does nothing but WHITEWASH the safety record of the breed.

There are plenty of neglected/chained Goldens, Labs and other breeds. They aren't doing what the Pits are!

It's amazing that cartoon artists are more knowledgable that the so-called "experts" out there.
