NYC Housing Authorities Ban Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Dobermans

Vicious and Threatening New York, NY - On the heels of the U.S. Army (a federal institution) banning dangerous dog breeds from all U.S. base housing facilities, the New York City Housing Authority (a city, state and federally funded institution) followed suit.
