A 66-year old woman was killed by a blue nose pit bull outside of Pitts, Georgia. Woman Dies of Injuries Pitts, GA – On Friday, the Wilcox County Sheriff’s Office announced two separate pit bull attacks. Both victims were female, and one attack resulted in death. South Carolina 'Fertile Pit Bull' Bill is Back with Lower Fees and Support from Animal Shelters Across the State

The "fertile pit bull" bill has been reintroduced in South Carolina with lower fees. Reducing Pit Bull Births Columbia, SC - Last week, it was reported that House Bill 4094 was filed by Rep. Chip Huggins. The “fertile pit bull” bill only affects pit bulls that are not spayed or neutered in the state. If an owner chooses to keep an unaltered pit bull, the registration fee is only $25.
