South Carolina 'Fertile Pit Bull' Bill is Back with Lower Fees and Support from Animal Shelters Across the State

The "fertile pit bull" bill has been reintroduced in South Carolina with lower fees. Reducing Pit Bull Births Columbia, SC - Last week, it was reported that House Bill 4094 was filed by Rep.
