Dogsbite.org - The 2008 Omaha pit bull attack began with two mothers towing a red wagon with two small children strapped inside and ended in one child's scalp partially ripped off. The "sudden" and violent pit bull attack upon little Charlotte Blevins devastated her family and alarmed an entire community. Following the attack, the City of Omaha enacted a new set of laws that included breed-specific requirements.
