The Anderson, South Carolina judge is not that unusual in small towns.I have seen a prosecutor not wanting to bring a case with a pit bull breaking the bones in the hands of a law enforcement officer.
The law enforcement officer was entirely in the right trying to capture the pit bull that had just previously mauled another woman.
The Anderson judge has no idea
of the danger. He made a bad decison and may live to regret it.

Six more "Play dead" training sessions this week..Still on pace to break 350 Law enforcement interdiction shootings.

I wonder how miles of red tape police departments deal with investigating these incidents,
