After man was mauled by a pit bull, the owner was charged with resisting arrest and obstruction. On February 11, we received notice that Michael Fabjon passed away on Sunday, February 9 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City. He was viciously attacked by a pit bull belonging to Brendan Murphy on February 4 at a residence on Laird Street.
