Klonda Richey was brutally attacked and killed by her neighbor's dogs in Dayton, Ohio. In March of 2020, it was announced that a $3.5 million dollar settlement had been reached in the lawsuit filed by Klonda's estate against former Dog Warden, Mark Kumpf, and the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County.
