Boy Hospitalized After Being Mauled by Family Dog
Boy Hospitalized After Attacked by Family DogLeavenworth, KS - A 13 year old boy was treated for non-life threatening injuries after being attacked by the family dog, a black lab. The boy suffered multiple bite wounds to his left arm, chest, right hand and face.
The dog remains in the custody of Leavenworth Animal Control. They are reviewing the incident and will decide whether to issue citations.
